Jenna Morgan Hamilton

Jenna Hamilton brings over twenty years of strategic government affairs experience to her role representing the interests of Green Building Initiative (GBI), as the Vice President, National Affairs, a position she has held since late-2015. Throughout her career, Jenna has specialized in issues related to the construction industry, from green building and sustainability, to workforce, building materials, liability and tax issues.  Over the years, Jenna has worked with Leading Builders of America, representing the largest U.S. home builders, and was previously the Assistant Vice President of Government Affairs for the National Association of Home Builders, and the Director of Government Affairs for the National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association.

Jenna holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in American Government and Political Science from The American University in Washington, DC. Originally from New York’s Hudson Valley, she now resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband, children, and one precocious boxer.
